How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website by adding your rug to cart and following the checkout steps. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as other available payment options that will be shown during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

We also offer flexible payment options through select partners at checkout, so you can choose the option that works best for you!

Do you offer promotions or price adjustments?

We love a good sale, and we may offer promotions on select styles or collections periodically throughout the year. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for email notifications or check our site for current offers! You’ll get access to member-exclusive perks, including early access to new collections & events. We are also happy to honor promotional pricing for items purchased within 48 hours of a sale.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Promo codes are limited to one per order. If you have multiple codes, we suggest applying the one that results in the most savings for you! That said, any exceptions will always be clearly outlined in the promotion details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but because orders may begin processing quickly, changes aren’t always guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. In that case, our team can help you with the next steps for a return instead!

Shipping and Delivery

What is your shipping lead time?

Shipping timelines vary depending on the rug style, size, and availability, and estimated lead times are listed on each product page whenever possible. Once your order is placed, we’ll keep you updated along the way!

What are your shipping & delivery fees?

We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. States & D.C. That said, any oversized or heavyweight rugs may be subject to a white-glove delivery fee, which will be displayed on the product page if applicable.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information by email so you can follow its progress. This email will be separate from your order confirmation, so be careful not to miss it!

The fastest way to get an update on your package, including estimated delivery date, is through FedEx, using the tracking number provided.  

Orders may encounter delays while in transit with the carrier. We are not responsible for those delays and if you have any questions, please reach out to FedEx. To see if your area has been impacted by local service disruptions, FedEx regularly updates delivery exceptions which can be found HERE

Once your order has been placed, our team cannot make changes to the shipping address or delivery method. To change the address or delivery method of your package, please sign up for FEDEX DELIVERY MANAGER .

Will I need to sign for my package?

FedEx requires a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500. 

For the best experience, you can manage your delivery directly by signing up for FEDEX DELIVERY MANAGER.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only able to ship within the contiguous United States.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change the shipping address.

We recommend creating an account with FEDEX DELIVERY MANAGER where you can make changes to your shipping address, keep track of packages, arrange to pick them up, get delivery notifications, and more!

Can I schedule or delay delivery?

Our rugs are shipped via standard ground shipping methods, and Weft cannot hold or delay an order once placed.

You may be able to delay or schedule a delivery date via FEDEX DELIVERY MANAGER.

Do you offer white glove setup / installation?

At this time, we do not offer white glove delivery or in-home setup. Most rugs arrive rolled and ready to unbox.

What if my package is lost in transit or not delivered?

If your package is marked as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking a few places first. Sometimes carriers leave packages in less visible areas for safekeeping! 

Try checking around all entry points, with neighbors, or with your building management. If you live in an apartment or townhome, it’s also worth checking the mailroom or any designated delivery areas.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery notification email to confirm your shipping address. We’re happy to take the next steps from there!

Returns, Cancellations, and Support

How do I get in touch with Customer Support?

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your rug, but understand that things happen. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery! Please note that final sale items are ineligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Please reach out to our support team at support@weft-rugs.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Once your return is initiated, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label along with detailed return instructions. Items should be securely repackaged using their original packaging and labels before being sent back to ensure they arrive safely!

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If your order was paid for with store credit, we’ll move forward with issuing your refund as soon as your return is processed. We’ll also keep you updated along the way so you know exactly when to expect it!

What if my rug arrived damaged?

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love everything you purchase. If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect, we’re here to make it right with a complimentary return or replacement! 

That said, we ask that you please open and inspect your rug within 4 days of delivery. If you have any quality concerns, please reach out to our client experience team at support@weft-rugs.com.

Product Details and Shipping Help

Can I place an order if an item is out of stock?

We're not able to take pre-orders for out of stock items at this time.

If that style you love is sold out and won’t be returning, send us an email at support@weft-rugs.com. We’d love to recommend a great alternative to work in your space!

What does it mean if a rug is backordered or pre-selling?

Some rugs may have future ship dates. That information can be found on the product page under the ‘Add to Bag’ button and at checkout.

In the event that a back-ordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages, and you may request to cancel items from your order until they begin processing.

If an item is canceled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email, and your method of payment will be refunded for the canceled item.

Do you offer custom rug options?

At this time, we do not offer custom rug options. That said, we’re always exploring new ways to improve our assortment and customer experience, so it’s something we may consider in the future. What materials are best for high traffic spaces?

For high-traffic areas, durability and easy maintenance matter most. Our rugs are made with performance-focused materials designed to hold up to everyday use while remaining easy to care for, making them a great choice for busy homes. What size rug should I choose?

Choosing the right rug size depends on your room layout and furniture placement. In general, larger rugs help anchor a space and create a more finished look. If you need help deciding, our team is happy to guide you!

Do I need a rug pad?

We highly recommend using a rug pad. It helps keep your rug in place, adds cushioning underfoot, and can help extend the life of your rug!

Which rug pad should I choose?

The best rug pad depends on your space and rug type. For most spaces, we recommend a non-slip pad for added grip and comfort. For larger rugs, a felt-and-rubber blend often offers the best support.

How do I care for my new rug?

To keep your rug looking its best, we recommend regular vacuuming (without a beater bar for delicate fibers), rotating it periodically, and blotting spills promptly. Are your rugs stain-proof or stain-resistant?

Our rugs are made with durable, easy-to-care-for materials that are designed to resist everyday spills and messes. While they’re not completely stain-proof, they’re a great choice for real life, especially in high-traffic areas or homes with kids and pets. For best results, we recommend blotting spills promptly to help prevent staining.

Are your rugs machine washable?

Select styles are machine washable, making them an easy, low-maintenance option for everyday living. Not all of our rugs are designed for machine washing, so we recommend checking the product details for care instructions before purchasing.

Machine-washable rugs should be washed on cold, without bleach, and laid flat to dry for best results. For non-washable styles, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent as needed.

Why is my rug shedding?

Some shedding is completely normal, especially when your rug is new, but this typically lessens over time with regular care and vacuuming.

Why does my rug have creases when it arrives?

Because rugs are rolled or folded for shipping, slight creasing may happen at first, but these should relax over time with regular use. You can also gently roll the rug in the opposite direction or place something light on the corners to help flatten it!
